Lab tests are covered partially or fully with insurance, but some may require a copay or may not be covered at all. Specialty tests (like stool, urine, and saliva) are not included in your membership

Health care services outside of what is specified above such as vaccinations, urgent care, MRIs, etc.

Non-medical services, such as acupuncture, fitness classes, medications (both prescription and over-the-counter), and supplements.

Yes we can be your PCP. We currently do not provide urgent care visits. Same-day visits are available on a case-by-case basis, and we assess each situation individually to determine availability.

Yes you can use HSA and FSA to pay for memberships, packages, a la carte or whatever services you get.

At the moment, I am not taking insurance. But I can create a super bill to your insurance for reimbursement.

Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled visit, a fee of $100 will be charged. Additionally, no-shows will incur a $200 fee.
